Liked: Loved everything about it, toilets were clean showers were the best I’ve used on any camp site I’ve been to hot and powerful, hard standing with grass at the side, Lewis was very friendly and was always on hand to help, has good banter, literally a 10 min walk to the beach, Tesco express 5 min walk, booked to go again definitely our favourite spot ❤️

Liked: Greeted by Friendly and helpful staff. Were shown all the facilities around the site. Toilet and shower block was spotless. Was nice and quiet as we stayed before the school easter holidays. Handy for Ingoldmells resort.

Disliked: No small extendable hosepipe on the Elson point tap to rinse out cassette.

Liked: Beautiful and clean throughout. Showers were lovely. Perfect location to walk into Ingomels but still quiet enough out of the madness. Large well maintained pitches. . We will definitely be returning here.

Disliked: Only downfall our pitch was too far away from the toilets. A footpath through would have been an added bonus as we had to walk around the road to get to them. This however would not stop us from returning.

Liked: The cleanliness of the whole site. Toilets and showers were both spotless. Were shown round the whole site so we knew where everything was. Staff were polite, very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Phone signal was poor so unable to use phone hotspot for streaming Netflix.

Getting out into the bracing east-coast air is easy for all guests here: local beaches include Ingoldmells (five minutes' drive/25 minutes' walk) and Skegness (10 minutes' drive) – or head to Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve (20 minutes) to stroll in the extensive sand dunes and spot seabirds. If you fancy more walks, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Lincolnshire Wolds for many miles of (mainly flat) trails. Golfers, meanwhile, can walk to Skegness Golf Centre in 20 minutes for a game, or play the links course at North Shore Golf Club (a 10-minute drive). Take the kids to meet shaggy Highland cows at Hardy’s Animal Farm (five minutes) or see cute baby seals at Natureland Seal Sanctuary (10 minutes), and check out the sealife exhibitions at the North Sea Observatory up in Chapel Point (10 minutes). Wear them out a little more on the rides at Fantasy Island (a 15-minute walk) or trampolines at Jump Warriors Trampoline Park (20 minutes on foot) – then calm things down as you teach them about local history at Skegness Model Village.

Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Pitches

Pitches: a £20.00 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
Tents are not accepted at this park.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
