Jubilee Fields Caravan Park: Relax on the grass

General

  • Quiet Ingoldmells caravan park a mile from the beach
  • A 10-minute drive to Skegness; 15 minutes to the Lincolnshire Wolds
  • Serviced touring pitches a short walk from shops and pubs

In a quiet corner of Ingoldmells village and within walking distance of the sea, Jubilee Fields Caravan Park is in a super spot for outdoor-loving families who like to keep busy on a seaside break. This is a refurbished and fully serviced site with peaceful views over surrounding fields – and yet it's also close to handy things like a decent-sized supermarket, pubs and fish and chip shops (and only a short drive from Skegness if you fancy a night out).

There’s plenty to keep the kids busy for many a day around here: stroll to Ingoldmells beach in 25 minutes to run for miles along the sands and paddle in shallow waves, or drive to Gibraltar Point to play hide-and-seek in the dunes. Fantasy Island’s rollercoaster rides are 15 minutes' walk away, and you can also visit a petting farm and seal sanctuary, both just a short drive away.

Back at base after an action-packed day it's handy that plenty of amenities are provided: the fully service touring pitches at this Lincolnshire park have access to electric, water and waste connections, and they're close to the main facilities block which has a laundry room and chemical waste disposal point as well as smart modern bathrooms with accessible facilities.

Arrived at jubilee fields park, was given access code and pitch number before arriving, which was good. Parked up and was greeted by tony the manger, who explained all about site. The pitches were level, great size and all electric/water /and waste drain was all close by.
The site is immaculate, not a single piece of rubbish anywhere, the toilet /shower block is the best one we have ever used, absolutely spotless. Showers loads of hot water.even though site was busy no queuing up.
The site has good security barrier for coming and going, felt really safe.

It was only 5 minutes walk to Tesco express/pubs/takeaway, then another 5/10 minutes to fantasy island, with rides for all ages, arcades/food vendors etc, and the beach ,you can go left on promenade towards chapel , or right for Skegness, both good walks if you have four legged friend with you. There was also lots of footpaths near site which you can explore.

All other campers on site friendly, sharing stories where best to go/free parking etc
    Would highly recommend this site.

Clean, well-kept site with great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff who take the time to check everything is ok. We lost our two budgies while staying at Jubilee Fields and the fellow campers were just wonderful in helping us search. Also Tony took the time to chat with us and said he’d keep a look out. Thankfully, one budgie was located and we have him safely back home now!

Local attractions

Getting out into the bracing east-coast air is easy for all guests here: local beaches include Ingoldmells (five minutes' drive/25 minutes' walk) and Skegness (10 minutes' drive) – or head to Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve (20 minutes) to stroll in the extensive sand dunes and spot seabirds.

If you fancy more walks, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Lincolnshire Wolds for many miles of (mainly flat) trails. Golfers, meanwhile, can walk to Skegness Golf Centre in 20 minutes for a game, or play the links course at North Shore Golf Club (a 10-minute drive).

Take the kids to meet shaggy Highland cows at Hardy’s Animal Farm (five minutes) or see cute baby seals at Natureland Seal Sanctuary (10 minutes), and check out the sealife exhibitions at the North Sea Observatory up in Chapel Point (10 minutes). Wear them out a little more on the rides at Fantasy Island (a 15-minute walk) or trampolines at Jump Warriors Trampoline Park (20 minutes on foot) – then calm things down as you teach them about local history at Skegness Model Village.
