Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Lovely setting, clean and tidy, easy to find.
Disliked: No non-electric pitch option at the time of booking so had to pay relatively expensive pitch fee considering I have no hook up. Probably my fault for booking so late but I'm not sure this is an option for campervan

Liked: Really clean, well kept and comfortable, with thoughtful staff - and they even put the wall heaters on in the showers first thing!! We love the ducks and geese wandering about. Very handy for transport to London if needed too.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: location for visiting and the Fish & eels pub, thats it
Disliked: The run down nature of the entire site, a decent sized organisation like the lee valley park , i thought it would be 10 out of 10, instead it was a 2 out of 10. Our pitch was across the road from the bin area, it was emptied and cleared on Friday, and not touched again until Tuesday, thats after a busy bank holiday weekend, it was a mess to say the least. There must be a solution for wandering canadian geese, needs researching and looking into and not just ignored. You had to be very careful indeed about where you trod, goose crap everywhere, we even had to clear out pitch before moving onto it. No manager did a daily walk, just sat in the office, nobody checked bins etc or simply the mess, its a lazy employee's dream. "Glamping" pods were flaking wood stain, every single thing needed attention but was simply left to look tatty and dirty
