What customers say
This is a friendly, well-maintained site with unique glamping options, a fantastic play area, and a popular communal campfire with a disco fire engine. Visitors highlight the helpful and welcoming staff, peaceful atmosphere, and clean facilities. While some note the absence of hot showers for campers, a new shower block is planned for 2026. It's recommended for families seeking a quirky, relaxed experience.

Darren and Scott from the moment…
The Loft microlodge (adults only, no pets)
Liked Darren and Scott from the moment I arrived were amazing, so friendly and welcoming!
I stayed in "the loft" (solo female getaway) and it was way better than what I expected.
I felt so relaxed coming home yesterday, I really could have stayed for the week!
You have everything you need at the loft, there was even wood for the 2 nights.
If you're debating this place, BOOK IT! :)

Would highly recommend as an alternative to a CL site.
Non-electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely small site with just the essential facilities (water, waste disposal, WC), which is all we need with a motorhome. Grass pitches in the middle of the countryside but just a 25 minute walk to the nearest pub. Lovely friendly site owner and great value.
