Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Cleanliness of the site throughout was impeccable. Activities such as the leisure pass and parks throughout the resort were excellent. Staff were always friendly. The grounds were well kept allowing space for walks, picnics and places to relax.
Disliked: Although the resort is dog friendly and advertises this, we were surprised to find that dogs were not allowed in the bar, restaurant or entertainment area which restricted our evenings to our accommodation.

The Mead electric gravel and hardstanding tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch
Liked: The pitch was flat and a decent size for our camper and awning. Bookings were spaced out well so we had neighbours but there were big spaces in between. Staff around site were friendly. Communal toilets and showers were spotless. We didnt use it but liked having a shop, entertainment etc on site. We did play a game of pool. Forest walks around site were beautiful. Quiet site during term time.
Disliked: Registering to use the gym/pool put me off abit, we had a night stay so didnt seem worth it. Will look into it more for next time prehaps

From the manager: Hello, Many thanks for your feedback regarding your recent break! You do not need to register to use the pool or gym, you would have been given a leisure pass on arrival that you show to the desk and they let you straight in.
