- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Facilities/activities including the washing machine are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.
- There is unfenced open water on site. There is a 1.9 metre height restriction barrier in place for security. Cars receive key cards for site access. Vehicles over 1.9 metres should contact the warden between 8:30am and 7pm to raise the barrier.

Liked Well kept pitches, easy water and electric access. Nice pub with good food and beer and a great little playground for the granddaughter. Just a generally nice little site.
Disliked Road noise as it’s adjacent to the A38. Not a major issue but when you notice it you keep noticing it.
