Liked I really enjoy staying here . It's clean and I like that the layout is the same regardless of which static I stay in. Nikki and team are always top notch. Welcoming and helpful in everything.

Disliked Nothing much to dislike the odd thing that may pop up are always dealt with by Nikki and team.

Liked Lovely pit stop

Disliked Wow, the noise from the motorway was loud...

I think the end of the runway at local Bristol airport would have been quieter

Yes, yoh will say if I done my research blah blah blah but that was loud

My opinion

Other than that, lovely

3 bedroom static caravan

Liked Caravan was spotless, parking right next to it, no noisy guests, reception team extremely helpful and very accommodating when I had an emergency - thank you that meant a lot. A small site covering all the basics. This is our 2nd visit, previously in our own caravan, and we’re booked to come back again in a couple of weeks, so says it all. Yes it’s next to the motorway, you can hear the noise but after a short while it becomes background noise and it definitely didn’t affect our sleep otherwise we’d not be coming back.

What customers say

This well-maintained site offers spacious, level pitches with excellent facilities, including spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Nikki. The adjacent pub is a popular addition, offering good food at reasonable prices, though opening hours vary. While some visitors note proximity to the M5 and railway line, the noise is generally considered background and not disruptive. It's a convenient stopover location and a good base for exploring the surrounding area.

Electric gravel touring pitch

Liked Wonderful welcome and easy to find. Pitches are tidy and level. Showers and toilets are basic and clean. This was a perfect overnight stop to break up a long journey in my motorhome. As a solo female traveller I felt very comfortable knowing the managers were living on site . I knew the pub next door was closed as I’d read the reviews , and I had food with me, so no need to venture out.

Disliked A little bit of road noise , but I’d the reviews before booking and it didn’t bother me much.

Electric gravel touring pitch

Liked Nothing

Disliked We have visited Pepper pot many times but is has gone down hill, the people on the pitch next to us were loud and constantly smoking dope, the overall look of the place looks like a travellers camp. The pub has also gone next door so there really isn’t anything around there anymore. The place is up for sale and it really does show
