Amazing hosts, clean and practical.
Bell tent
Liked The facilities are absolutely fantastic, there is nothing the host hasn’t thought of cover absolutely all bases you only need to take your clothes basically!
It was myself and my wife with our 2 children aged 12 and 9 also our dog poppy, it is gated so if your staying in Burt where we was the dog will have the run of a lot of land more or less, the other bell tent is also gated off from the rest.
The bbq area and play house is class for the kids and was such a nice open space to enjoy the outdoors.
Cannot recommend this place enough we will be returning that’s for sure.
Disliked The only downside is the mobile signal coverage, could do with WIFI stretching out to the tents but it’s not necessarily a massive issue.

Bell tent
Liked This was an amazing place to stay. The kids loved the trampoline, playroom (so many toys!), feeding the pigs, and the football goal. Julie welcomed us so warmly and was very helpful. The tents were brilliant and beds were super comfortable and warm. Best campsite!

A beautiful, quiet site that is welcoming to all
Bell tent
Liked Beautiful, and very quiet, a real escape. The tents were simply but very comfortably furnished and the owners have thought of lots of little details that make a stay very enjoyable (eg pretty solar powered lights, providing emergency toiletries just in case etc). Our hosts were very welcoming but left us to our own devices.
A lot of thought has been put into making the site accessible for people using wheelchairs.
Disliked Nothing of note. The owners have a few minor finishing touches to make to the paintwork etc in the newly built washrooms but this didn’t bother us at all.

Bell tent
Liked Peace and quiet, only one more family there, so the kids could play together, lots of toys, great shower facilities, possiblity of have a BBQ and a campfire.
Disliked The kitchen area could have had more cutlery and knives. But other than that everything else was great.

Bell tent
Liked We had an absolutely wonderful stay here over half term. Beds are super comfortable, owners very helpful and friendly. There are absolutely masses of toys available for the children, so much so that we hardly saw our ours apart from at mealtimes! We really appreciated the cool of the games room, and having a fridge and freezer available, given the very high temperatures.
Disliked Nothing!
