Liked: Lovely little site behind a pub nice big pitches with a nice grass and benched area in the middle very safe for children. Was greeted when we arrived and was shown our pitch
Disliked: Only one toilet and shower for the whole site and it wasn't the best. not ideal when the place is full. No designated area to wash dishes also lots of noise from the road.

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights. The campsite is in beautiful surroundings and the site itself was well maintained. Good size pitch for our campervan and awning. The Thames Head Inn provided delicious meals and the staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: The toilet and shower facilities really need attention and would make this site perfect. We had our own toilet but found the shower room with the toilet in it dated and small. If the site is full and you want to shower then you have to wait and it gets very messy. The refuge area needs a good cleaning too. Also we had very late arrivals next to us and for the last two nights very noisy neighbours early in the morning 4am. No monitoring here

Liked: Great pub and campsite very friendly staff and we had a lovely meal in The Thames Head on our first night
Disliked: Unfortunately we had a young couple with a yapping dog on the next pitch and decided to leave without picking up their dogs SxxT which was all over our electrical lead 😡

Liked: The site was beautiful, very well laid out, friendly staff, lovely pub for food. The really good sized pitches and a lovely walk across the fields close by to take the dog. Picnic benches in the middle, Electric and tv aerial connections on the pitch and great reception. Excellent for 1 night stop over.
Disliked: The toilet situation. One toilet/shower for all 12 pitches and both in the same room. On arrival it was clean but quickly became wet and slippery once people used it, the site was full and it wasn’t adequate. Really let an otherwise beautiful site down.

Liked: Not a lot to not like. Only downside no aerial reception. Nice quiet site. Some road noise and also from railway but after time didn't notice it. Very level pitches

Liked: Level pitches and the fact it's a small site. Also nice to have the benches in the center.
Disliked: The fact it says a toilet block but it is one toilet which also has the shower in it so no good if you don't have your own facilities like we don't. It was also never clean the whole time of our stay. Site also on a very noisy road. And the bins and compost area where very smelly can't walk to the toilet with out having to cover your nose. Sunday roast in the pub was a disappointment the potatoes where so dry I didn't eat them the veg was basically raw the Yorkshire pudding was hard and dry only good part was the beef and gravy. We also never saw anyone from the campsite checking on the site or any one on the site no seeing anyone from the site apart from when you check in at the pub or go to the pub.
