It's also great to hear you found us so easy to get to and that Briarfields worked well as a stopover. Being conveniently located close to the main road network certainly makes us handy for breaking up a longer journey, as well as exploring Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding area.

Extremely clean sowers & toilet blocks
Information boards very informative
Great amenities also dog walking area clean and tidy. Plenty of lighting through out the site. A new bar which has opened up.

Disliked Really nothing to do with the site but the noise from the A40 was loud.
From a female perspective it would good to have a socket next to a mirror.

Thank you for your fair comments regarding the A40. Our convenient location does mean traffic can be heard at times, and we appreciate that everyone's sensitivity to background noise is different.

We completely understand your suggestion about having an electrical socket next to a mirror in the ladies' facilities, it would certainly be handy for styling appliances. Unfortunately, regulations prevent us from installing standard plug sockets within the washroom, so sadly this isn't something we're able to provide, rather than something we've overlooked.

Disliked Reception closed at 5.30pm postcode took down near lane and couldn’t find the site. Single woman alone was very nervous

We're very sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding us after reception had closed, and we completely understand how unsettling that must have felt when travelling and arriving alone.

For the benefit of future guests, we do provide clear, detailed directions to Briarfields in the information emailed in advance of every stay, including our booking confirmation and pre-arrival information. We strongly recommend following these directions rather than relying solely on a postcode or sat-nav, as navigation systems can occasionally try to approach us via unsuitable nearby lanes.

We put a great deal of effort into our pre-arrival information precisely because we want every guest to have as straightforward and stress-free an arrival as possible, particularly when arriving outside reception hours.

We're sorry that your own arrival was more stressful than it should have been, but we're very pleased that once you reached us you enjoyed the park.

Liked Stayed before so booked the same pitch we had previously. Fully serviced pitch 70. Adults only, hedges between vans, excellent clean showers and toilet facilities with hot water, washing up facilities and wifi.
