Tim H.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Lovely family run wild camping site close to Peak District with generous circular pitches in meadow, adjacent to woodland with stream. The charming facilities block features bunting, composting loos and piping hot showers. Camp fires are positively encouraged and the car free field means children can roam free making it ideal for families.

Disliked Nothing. I wish all campsites were this good. My sons and I loved it.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thank you very much for your review, Tim. We loved having you and your sons at the campsite in the Easter holidays and seeing your brilliant camping set up. We really hope we'll be able to welcome the three of you again one day! Best wishes, Cesca and Kitty
