Liked: Simple but lovely campsite. The toilets were well maintained and there was clean water. I really liked the fact we were left to set up and get comfortable before anyone checked us in. We paid for the fire pit and wood which I highly reccommend. Also really liked the ice cream visit. Can't wait to come again for a relaxed evening or 2

Liked: Great views & really simple site. 3 toilets, chemical waste disposal & a water tap in a different part of the field. Seemed fit for all types of camper as there were all different ages. This would be an absolute steal of a site if you had an on board shower which unfortunately we don’t so could only stay one night but will be returning again. The ice cream van even came along too.

Liked: Loved everything about the place as soon as we pulled up - we got a very good vibe which remained throughout the stay. Park up where you like, there's loos if not self contained (we are so didn't use them, but they are proper loos), mucky water empty area which I wasn't expecting, fresh drinking water tap. Views were amazing in all directions. Quite a few people on site, however it didn't seem noisy, nor did it seem packed in, and we were able to just chill out which was the intention of the stopover. Owners visited each pitch/set-up for a chat and offered burny bin and wood, then an ice cream van came on to site - very welcome! -free site, however it was lovely to see the children making their own fun, climbing trees, playing ball, archery etc. We didn't have children and ordinarily would choose a child We didn't notice any late night noise at all, really was a pleasant relaxing stay and looking forwards to returning. We managed to have decent phone reception (wasn't expecting any) and had all channels on the TV. A great base site to go exploring - we didn't this time, but next time we will.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Friendly owner and very well kept space. Easy to find and navigate.
Disliked: The amount of noise after 11pm and unfortunately a lot of weed smokers on site. Nothing against the site, this is more about the other people using it. However, the owner could have done something about it.
