Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Coronavirus

• Onsite entertainment will not be offered due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• Owing to government regulations, groups of 6 or more people are not permitted.
• Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.
• The bar facilities are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The games room is closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The swimming pool is closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• A charge of £0.20 applies for the use of the shower.
• Facilities/activities including Fishing, Phone/Electrical device Charging are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The fishing lakes are stocked with Rudd, Roach, Tench, Perch, Mirror & Crucian Carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This site Does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 21/06 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 7.5 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
