Can I blacklist a customer?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to blacklist a customer on Pitchup, partly because the customer could use different details or use someone else's name to book.

If you have previously flagged a disruptive customer's booking and you notice they have booked again, their booking can be rejected, however, please flag this to us so that we are aware.
