喜欢 Great showers and toilet blocks. Used the shop which was sufficient. Clean and tidy site. Didn’t use ‘The Venue’ but I’m sure it’s lots of fun for families. Easy to access from main roads running through Northampton.

不喜欢 Lots of kids cycling about in the dark with no lights which seemed unsafe as cars and vans were still driving about. Some noise late at night from chavs yelling at their mates. Could do with staff enforcement of good conduct amongst visitors.

We do appreciate your comments regarding children cycling after dark without lights, and we completely understand your concerns around safety with vehicles moving around the park. We would always encourage everyone to be mindful of other guests and to enjoy the park safely and responsibly.

We’re also sorry that you experienced some late-night noise. We expect all our guests to be respectful of others, particularly during quieter hours, and our team and Security are there to assist when issues are reported.

喜欢 Great site and facilities. This was a return visit to go on the train again with the children. We were in a caravan and friends in a tent - our pitches were far apart. We didn’t use l an wifi as there is 5g signal across the whole site. Good walks to the lakes surrounding the site.

不喜欢 The waste water points were blocked and in deep of a clean.

喜欢 Polite staff at the main gate and pitch area.
Appreciated that the new owners were looking to spend on the site to develop it.

不喜欢 We were on our way back from the South Coast and called to see if this site would be good for visiting with our four grandkids.
Our designated pitch still had rubbish in the area that the previous occupant hadn't cleaned, so it is clear that the staff didn't check it.
The chemical toilet area was horrendous.
No hose to allow for rinsing out.
The disposal sink was totally inadequate.
Stunk to high heaven.
This whole area needs replacing.
The toilet block had no toilet brushes; my wife and I visited 5-6 cubicles to find a clean toilet with toilet roll.
Suggest a visit to a Caravan and Motorhome site to see how it is done correctly.
Kids weaving in between pitches with bikes and electric scooters.
The camping area had wooden posts and rails to define the area; this would be good for the other areas to stop the cycling between vans.
Allowing kids on the pump cycle track without helmets.
The 10 pm to 8 am noise policy was not enforced.
The occupant on the pitch next to me was in the car, with windows open, playing music at full volume; I had to engage with them to stop it.
We stayed the first night, then left.
We will not be returning.

We’re pleased to hear that you found our team at the main gate and touring area polite and welcoming, and that you recognise the investment being made to develop and improve the park.
We are, however, sorry to hear that several areas of your stay did not meet the standards we expect. Your comments regarding the condition of your pitch, chemical disposal area, toilet facilities and general cleanliness have been noted and will be shared with the relevant park teams.

We would also like to clarify that e-scooters are not permitted on our park. Where our team members observe them being used, guests will be challenged and reminded of our park rules.
We also have low-noise/quiet times in place, which all guests are made aware of. Where excessive noise is observed or reported, our Security Team will speak with the guests concerned and remind them of the expected behaviour.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to highlight these areas. Feedback like yours helps us understand where improvements are needed and where we need to do better.
We’re disappointed that you chose to leave after your first night, but thank you for sharing your experience with us.

喜欢 Facilities were clean. There was even a litter picker walking around in the morning! There's plenty to do. Swimming pool was great fun. Nice vibe to the place. It was quiet at night. The site is quite big, but everything is conveniently located. We didn't have time to go on the lake - but we will definitely be back!

喜欢 The site as a whole was lovely. Very family friendly with lots of areas for all varieties of families. The staff were welcoming and very attentive as we had a issue with the pitch assigned to us and they allowed us to move to another pitch without any issues. It was also handy having an onsite shop as well as walking distance to other eateries if you don't fancy eating at the onsite restaurant.

不喜欢 We had issues with the WiFi as it didn't work in the area we were pitched.
The hardstanding pitches were a bit uneven and had damaged electric boxes. The first pitch we were put on had been dug up due to a water leak.
