Disliked While we initially enjoyed the location, a series of issues made our experience extremely distressing, ultimately leading us to pack up and leave a day early. On arrival, another camper approached us claiming we were parked on their pitch. Although our reservation details clearly showed we were parked in the correct spot, the confrontation was uncomfortable and upsetting. The situation escalated the following morning when we found a notice placed on our windscreen instructing us to report to reception immediately for being on the wrong pitch. When we went to reception, your team confirmed that a mistake had been made on your side and that we were indeed in the correct pitch all along. Having to defend our booking twice in less than 24 hours created unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing break. To make matters worse, our electric hook-up then failed to work, leaving us without basic amenities. Given the distress caused by the pitch confusion and the lack of functioning facilities, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short and check out early. We hope you will review the management of your pitch assignments and check-in records to ensure other guests do not experience this level of disruption. Given that our stay was severely impacted and shortened due to these oversights, we would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this, including a refund for the night we were unable to stay.
