From the manager: These guests refused to adhere to the site rules to loud noise stopping at 11pm and refused to recycle their rubbish and took great offence when requested to do so and had blatant disrespect towards the owners and other guests. Sadly, they thought they didn’t need to follow the Terms and conditions when booking through Pitch up and we totally dispute their low rating.
