Liked Staff were pleasant

Disliked The site is nestled between a railway line and the very busy A55. The road in particular was an unpleasant distraction and the noise continued throughout the day, and night.

As you rightly mention in your review, our location is situated between the railway line and the busy A55 North Wales Expressway, and unfortunately some road and occasional railway noise is unavoidable due to our location. We do appreciate your honesty in acknowledging that you hadn’t researched the location fully before booking. We try to provide clear information about our location and surroundings so that guests can make an informed decision when choosing the park. While the traffic noise may not suit everyone, many of our guests particularly enjoy the convenience of our location and the easy access it provides to Llandudno, Conwy and the many attractions throughout North Wales.
