Disliked No staff on site heard complaints not all electric points were working. Customers breached fire regulations by sharing one pitch for 2 vehicles others joining vehicles together this isnt a safe practice and puts everyone at risk.

Liked Scenery, beautiful layout, very well kept, grass immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked Having to pay extra for dogs when they aren't allowed to be walked on site.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback, we are disappointed to only warrant an overall rating of 1 which is the lowest that there is but would like to explain why we charge for dogs but can't allow them to be walked on site. The £1 fee is to go towards our expenses such as the insurance, maintenance and emptying of the 2 dog waste bins on site, printing out of the dog walk leaflet which we give to every dog owner on every visit and for our staff to clear up after the less responsible dog owners who refuse to clean up after their dogs. Unfortunately we have had to tighten up the rules around dog walking and toileting off site (or on your own pitch) due to an increase of the numerous incidents of people toileting their dogs on other people's pitches, in the camping grounds and in the meadow. This has caused great conflict and upset amongst visitors so we have had to take a stance and say no dog walking on site. We are all dog owners ourselves and we also take our dogs off site to walk. I hope that this helps understand why we make the charge and why we have the rule.
