Liked Swimming and Bowling super for grandkids

Disliked 1. No inside area where dogs were allowed so eating and drinking outside, regardless of heaters, not comfortable with 7-8 year olds. 2. Wi-Fi intermittent at best, unable to connect regularly! 3. No allocated pitch meant although we found a pitch eventually feel rather we missed out on a hard standing where no separation from our neighbours unlike others where some grass and bush separation was available?

We’re really pleased to hear that the swimming and bowling were a hit with your grandchildren — it’s lovely to know they had a great time! We’re sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay were disappointing. We completely understand your comments regarding the lack of an indoor dog-friendly area, particularly when visiting with young children. Having to eat and drink outside, even with the heaters, isn’t always comfortable depending on the weather, and we appreciate your frustration. We’re also sorry to hear about the intermittent Wi-Fi. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to connect reliably, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the pitches, we understand your concerns about not having an allocated pitch and feeling that you may have missed out on a more suitable hardstanding pitch with better separation from neighbouring pitches. Our pitch arrangements can mean that availability varies on arrival, but we appreciate how important the pitch location and layout can be, particularly for families wanting a little more space and privacy. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will be taken on board as we continue to look at ways of improving our guests’ experience.
