Liked We received a friendly welcome and helpful information about the site and local area. Pitch and campsite in general was clean, tidy and well kept. Lovely little touches scattered here and there. All facilities were clean and functional. Road noise not too bad considering how close we were. Very central for exploring, close to shops. The House in the Tree pub had excellent food. We booked a table as it always looked busy when we drove past. The airfield close by had a great cafe open all day until 9pm. The air museum down the road is a must if you like that kind of thing. Wi-Fi was good

Liked We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and shown to our pitch which was quiet, spacious with lovely views and friendly neighbours. The honesty shop has everything you need, is open 24 hours a day and was very handy. We found the showers to always be clean, warm with plenty of room and amazing showers. There is even a vanity room with hairdryers and straighteners! Washing up rooms have everything you need, great laundry area too. Good Wi-Fi. One of the best sites we have stayed at.

Liked Clean and tidy well kept site, showers and toilets at either end of site were always clean and warm when we used them. Deb met us shortly after we arrived with a very warm welcome, had a great 4 night stay on a level hard standing and grass pitch among the rabbits and deer.

Liked We had a very warm welcome in the pub when we arrived. The pitch was great, clean and tidy and plenty big enough for our large Motorhome and motorbike. The gate was locked so felt very safe. The showers were nice and hot and loos were clean all appeared to be quite new. The pub was lovely, staff very friendly and all the food we tried was very tasty and generous. We stayed 3 nights, it was quiet and we met some like minded and friendly people.
