Chapmanswell Caravan Park

Polubione Great site, level pitches and brilliant dog walking area. Fantastic clubhouse with great beer and amazing food, which was very reasonably priced.
The hosts are extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. Very dog friendly throughout.

Polubione Great family run site. Booked last min as was near the tulip fest we were visiting.
Mark was great, greeted us and showed us round and all the facilities. It was a very quick visit for so we didn’t use all the facilities but everything was great.
Shower/toilets clean and spacious.
Pot wash room had kettle, toaster and air fryer for all to use.
The site leant us tent pegs as didn’t have ours.
And also made us a hot drink in the morning.
There was a live band in the clubhouse who were really good. Most people seemed to know one another but we were not made to feel like outsiders.
The owners are clearly very proud of their site and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Polubione Very nice family run site, extremely clean, toilets and showers excellent. Really nice clubhouse with excellent food, a band were playing when we were there on the Saturday night, great entertainment!
Owners were very friendly
Enclosed field to let dogs run.
We chose this site for location as we were going to Tulipfest at strawberry fields

Polubione Great Pitch, clean facilities, very friendly staff, the receptionist was a ray of sunshine after a long tiring journey.

Niepolubione None - start of the season, the pot wash area wash being revamped and painted; Not quite finished but will be great on completion.

Polubione Staff friendly, easy access to places

Niepolubione Did not like how the toilet and showers link onto the bar area which is used buy customers especially when the bar door that is linked is open and you have to walk past the door where everyone can see you.
The shower doors and toilets doors does not fit the frames properly which has a gap between them.

Polubione Was a last minute booking and what a great choice, Such a welcoming family run site, super friendly staff and locals,even down to the chef Charlie offering to cook us a meal on her day off and the team and regulars saying which were the nice takeaways to be delivered to site.
WiFi works in the bar area. Everything clean and tidy, pitches well kept and we will definately be back.

*Apologies for the wifi during your stay, unfortunately the weather can have an impact on the signal here, due to sitting in the shadows of the amazing Dartmoor .

Polubione Absolutely everything! The best place we have stayed while touring, everybody at the park so friendly and welcoming, really didn’t want to leave, Will definitely be returning as soon as we are able to. Friendliest people we have met and super dog friendly, Marc and Paula the owners and all their family thank you so much! We will be back soon. The facilities were great and showers super hot and heating on. Bar staff fantastic too. Excellent carvery on the Sunday we stayed and food lovely in club house, nothing to not like at all. Thank you all again and see you soon.

Polubione This site is open all year round and offers great value for money especially off season as the clubhouse provides regular entertainmentant and the drinks and meals are reasonably priced.
Owners Paula & Marc are lovely and make you feel most welcome, and as its a family run site they also do alot for the local community . The showers and toilets are attached to the clubhouse but always very clean and hot. I enjoyed my shower. Pitches are level.
Well situated with beaches like Bude on the North Coast around half an hour drive and about 15/20 minutes to the town of Launceston that has everything you could possibly need.
We will be back especially for the Sunday Carvery.

Niepolubione Water in the pot wash could be hotter ( they have a sign up about the boiler pilot light ) but not enough to bother me if you just use the hot only.
