Me gustó Good sized level pitches in a lovely setting.

No me gustó Showers could do with a bit of an update. It would be useful to have a bench or seat and maybe a curtain or panel to separate the shower from the dressing area. Didn’t seem to be any Wi-Fi available.

Me gustó Let me tell you here and now this is NOT just a caravan park but a beautiful well appointed country park with a beautiful lake, park for kids ,dog walks a plenty and lovely cafe that does an amazing breakfast.The staff are helpful and friendly and the info you recieve even before arrival is informative and complete.We will definately return in summer months when the weather is better and the surrounding forest and gardens are in full bloom even though in december they did not dissapoint.

No me gustó I booked a fully serviced pitch which it was but the waste and water was at the opposite end of pitch to the caravan so my hose pipe and waste pipe was too short and was unable to use these services .shower blocks a little tired but are being refurbished in new year i believe.

Me gustó Looks a well used and maintained site within easy reach of the local facilities.

No me gustó Toilet and shower facilities are a bit dated and not particularly clean.

We asked for a pitch near the facilities as my wife has mobility issues, however our allocated pitch was as far away as possible. When we asked the request was dismissed.

The electric hookup wasn't working and when we pointed this out we where advised it was, given we where there to attend a funeral I really wasn't in the frame of mind to argue any further.

These blocks are scheduled for refurbishment in the new year, which we hope will significantly improve comfort and accessibility for our guests. Me gustó Just following up on our recent stay with you on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November 2026. As we reported to reception as we left the site, unfortunately we had no electricity on the Saturday night! It was a cold night, we called the emergency number we had been given and there was no answer until the following morning, when it was sorted. We requested that our fee was refunded for that night as we didn’t have electricity all night and was advised you would contact and are

No me gustó As we have had no further correspondence from you, we must say your customer service is poor, on two occasions we haven’t heard from you - it’s a disappointment as we liked the site and met our daughter there, which we planned to do again in the future, but I really don’t think we will

Me gustó Everything stay was brilliant, everyone was pleasant, pick was lovely, site was very clean and well maintained, and always carrying out maintenance work, the father and son doing ground work on site were fantastic with my 2 boys (3year old and a 6year old with brain damage and autism) big thank you
