Liked Nice clean caravan and well kept park. Swimming pool was useful. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Disliked Sent an itinerary for entertainment but no one could tell us whether there actually was entertainment or what it would be. Reception said they get a list in summer to pass to guests but when its out of season they have no clue what is going on. Communication between departments and guests could be greatly improved. Bare minimum of cutlery, crockery etc.

Liked Great amenities on site.
Heated pool with solarium and gym.
Entertainment and pub scene.
Restaurant and take away menu.
Clean toilet / shower block with powerful showers and abundance of hot water an hairdryer.
Beach area and Shop on site.
Very welcoming and friendly of long term residents.
Good location for visiting other tourists attractions.
Lots of beaches and nice local walks.

Disliked Please be mindful of:

A) Site is located on the coast.

Great in the summer, high winds in the winter.


B)

Wild bunnies… cute but not so much if you have dogs with high pray drives,keep your pets on a leash at all times.

Twice now .
Loved the views , and all the wild bunnies running around freely .
Staff are welcoming at the shop etc .
We have never ventured down to the complex so couldn’t comment on that.

Disliked Having to pay £15 for 3 days internet which never worked . Couldn’t get the tv to work either . No

Liked The onsite facilities are very good and staff very helpful and polite.

Disliked The touring pitch we had (B001) was very uneven and took all my efforts to get my motorhome level. The 2 days we used the showers there was no hot water(stone cold in fact). We came here before in a tent and had a much better experience.

We're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your pitch we do ask if your unhappy with your pitch to call and see us in reception to see if we have alternative pitches we can offer. We’re also currently checking the hot water issue in the shower block to ensure it doesn't happen again.

It’s disappointing to hear this visit didn’t match the experience you had during your previous stay, but we do hope you’ll consider returning so we can provide the high standard you expect and deserve.

Liked The pool, kids club , cafe and restaurant, the lovely beaches , the caravan was lovely an so was the staff , no WiFi but the price we paid for 3 days for all the caravan was reasonable

Disliked The arcade was a complete rip off ! One pound a go for most games and for a couple of tickets that you exchange for sweets or gifts but you need to spend over ten pounds to get a 20pence chew ! The odd ten pence machines but no two pence ones , my grandkids was not happy and neither was the parents handing over all that money for a couple of 20p chews , complete rip off compared to other campsite arcades

Liked Great site. Nice location. Pitch was lovely. Facilities clean. Pizza from take away delicious. Never seen so many rabbits in my life - was lovely to see
Would recommend anyone with dog or kids.
Because we had older teenager didn’t really use any of the entertainment options. But if had younger kids could see the appeal.
Lovely beach minutes from site , nice and clean and quiet

Disliked Not much in the form of walks /hikes on foot directly from site.

Thank you for recommending us to families with children or dogs it means a lot. We totally understand that entertainment options may be more geared toward younger families, but it’s great to hear you still appreciated the atmosphere.

We also appreciate your feedback about walks from the site. While there are some scenic routes a short drive away due to our coastal location unfortunately there are no options directly from the site.
