Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Rustic wild west feeling campsite, remote and quiet. Very chilled and relaxed campsite. Not full of rules and notice boards like a lot of campsites can be.
Disliked: The toilets need a bit of a clean and dust. None of the door locks work on them and there was no hand soap.
The pitch had a bag of litter on it when I arrived, which no one had removed.

Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Good reasonably priced spot to stay while visiting friends in Hebden Bridge - 15 minutes drive away. We only stayed a night but rustic toilet/ sink facilities were clean and it was quiet (midweek). The owner also helpfully advised us on an easier slightly longer route to take up the hill in our campervan ...

From the manager: Hi! Thank you so much for your lovely review.
We normally make sure that we have plenty of toilet facilities for our campers - we have both permanent toilets and portaloos. However, we had a large number of last minute unexpected bookings on the weekend in question and couldn't obtain extra portaloos in time! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay despite!
