What customers say
Great for families, with a pool, restaurant, bar and arcade. Friendly staff. Clean, modern showers. Pitches praised for size and choice. Some noise, occasional pitch issues and dated bits. Many keen to return.

Liked There is everything you would want or need - showers, toilets, washers, pitch on a grass with a very good ground to build a tent, electricity. You can also park your car next to your tent. Bonus is a swimming pool (a bit hard to book in advance due to limited spaces), restaurant, bar, amusement facilities, playground and other entertainment that we not used like kids club and etc. In overall campsite was very quiet and people respectful to one another despite the big football game.
Disliked Pizzas in the restaurant could be improved (quite poorly made base, very stingy on toppings… so it is almost like basic pizza with cheese). It would be nice to see on the menu a bowl of soup.
Staff were friendly, the welcome pack given was for another family that stayed longer than us… this we have noticed only after leaving the campsite as there was not much in that welcome pack - only map and entertainment tickets for the pool.
Pool staff were creating a weird and tensed atmosphere by walking weird that made them look like on drugs - back and forwards quite fast, turning their heads like chickens from one side to another (watching for people’s safety). I am not complaining for looking after, but if my child noted that and stated that they are acting weirdly, then I can say that I am not exaggerating. I think that they should be a little bit more chilled how they move, as they created quite tensed feeling when looking at their side like something wrong has happened.

Liked Great village, location lovely, toilets and showers very clean. The adult only bar was a good place to get away as we were travelling as a couple with no kids
Disliked Some of the pitches need a bit of maintenance, (large holes).we were in our caravan with awning.
The village was really busy with families, but a lot of the facilities were closed, the weather was great they would have been great business
