Positiv We liked the cleanliness of the showers and sinks. Pitches were huge and the marque field had lovely views and was very quiet. Staff were all lovely and the shop had everything at a good price. Food at club was good.Pools were great. We stayed at our tent a lot as the heatwave was too much for the dogs. Dog area was huge and playground was good Location is great.

Negativ The outdoor pool was too crowded. The toilets were clean but due to low water pressure often wouldn’t flush.
There were terrible amounts of ants although we were lucky to not be as invaded as the campers and caravans. Think it was due to the heat.

During the recent heatwave, the exceptionally high temperatures did lead to an increase in ant activity across the region, and unfortunately this is something many outdoor venues experienced. We appreciate your understanding, and our team continue to monitor and treat affected areas where possible.

Positiv We loved the pool, the kids loved the slide. We liked how it was a short walk away from Dawlish warren and the town centre. The toilet facilities were very clean as was the site. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return

Negativ We feel the on site bar was very expensive yet the quality of the food wasn’t great, it was just deep fried and not very pleasant so we didn’t use it again, only for drinks when round the pool

Negativ On arrival could not find my booking at reception, took several minutes to sort out living a member of my family sat in car waiting.
Fish and chip shop closed during our stay.

We're sorry for the delay you experienced at Reception on arrival while we located your booking. We appreciate that after a journey you want to begin your holiday as quickly as possible, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Its most likely a third party booking that didn't pull through to our system, but glad it didn't take long to sort out.

Opening times for the fish and chip shop can vary depending on the time of year and seasonal demand, but we appreciate your feedback and understand your disappointment. Fish and Chips are available from our Oceans Restaurant as takeaway.

Positiv Easy walk to Dawlish Warren - steep hill though. Lovely spacious pitches for our Motorhome. Coastal train ride to Paignton very lovely.

Negativ Just one small detail - the ladies shower thermometer very stiff to turn water off.
