Positiv Clean, great entertainment. Marquee was so much fun for the children and live music was really good. Outdoor pool was lovely. Staff are lovely. 2nd time we’ve been and will be booking again.

We completely understand that, as a family-focused holiday park, Lady’s Mile may not be the perfect fit for everyone looking for a child-free break, particularly during our busier periods.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the additional charge for WiFi. As with many holiday parks, WiFi is an additional service and therefore comes with a separate charge.

Positiv Entertainment was first class, toilets and showers were amazing pitches are huge (we have kepler 9 and managed put trailer and car on pitch and had space to sit outside tent) pools are nice and warm aswell so brilliant see you next year ladys mile

Negativ Nothing really only it was abit of nightmare set electric up and everything was run by an app ( had no phone signal)

Positiv Large pitches and quiet on Copse field, close to Dawlish Warren.

Our location close to Dawlish Warren is certainly a great bonus for getting out and exploring the beautiful local area too!

Positiv Pitch sizes were excellent

Pools were a good size and well run

Bars were well stocked, reasonably priced and well staffed

Shower and toilet blocks were clean and spacious

On site shop offers a bit of everything and is very reasonable

Entertainment at the Marquee Bar every evening was varied, high quality and free!

Negativ Loop road in front of our pitch which had a constant stream of either cars or kiddies on their scooters and bikes, but other fields and areas of our field didn't have that, it was purely our fault for picking that spot

WiFi service wasn't great

Tap water tasted a bit funky

Electric supply app didn't work and took a trip to customer service to organise but was sorted very quickly and the electric allowance was more than ample

No camp fires permitted

We’re also sorry that you experienced an issue with the electric supply app, but we’re pleased our Customer Service team were able to get everything sorted quickly and that you found the electricity allowance more than sufficient.

For the safety of all our guests, campfires are not permitted anywhere on the park, and we appreciate your understanding of this.

We’re sorry to hear that you found the pitches a little too close together. Our pitches are approximately 10m x 12m, providing more than adequate space for your camping setup.

Regarding the issues you experienced with the electric supply, did you contact our Reception team during your stay? Our team is always happy to assist with any problems and can arrange for Maintenance to investigate where necessary.
