Positiv I booked for a night off season, great communication, directions and information about the area. Everything still well maintained, good facilities, great location for loads of areas and public footpaths leading directly from the site, good facilities for dogs and personal welcome on arrival

Positiv We stayed here for one night in October and really enjoyed the peaceful setting. The site is quiet, and feels fairly isolated despite being a short walk from the village. It only has a small number of pitches, which made it feel private and relaxing. The views across the countryside are lovely and it’s a great place to unwind.

Facilities are clean and well maintained, and it was such a treat to have a proper hot shower after a rainy autumn walk.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, meeting us on arrival, showing us around, and recommending some great local places for dinner and things to see nearby.

Although we only stayed for one night, we could have easily stayed longer. It’s a simple, well-kept site in a beautiful, peaceful location — perfect for a quiet countryside break.

Positiv Myself, wife and two dogs Ollie ang Gwyn had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hillcrest Views Campsite. Communication prior to arrival was spot on, which made finding the site simple. We were met on arrival by Roger who showed us to our pitch, explained where everything was, and what was in the local area.

The location is absolutely ideal, peaceful, scenic, and perfectly positioned for exploring the surrounding area. Pitches were generously sized, providing plenty of space and privacy, which we found ideal with set boundaries to keep dogs in check.

Facilities on-site were excellent, clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything we needed was readily available, and it’s clear that the site is managed with care and attention to detail.

Spoke to Amy who highlighted what improvements were intended for the future of the site, all good in my books. You obviously care about the the site and your customers, I wish you all the well in future.

Overall, Hillcrest Views is well cared for and strikes a perfect balance between comfort and nature. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality camping experience in a beautiful setting.

Positiv Everything was perfect. Lots of communication before arrival so knew exactly how to get to site and even had a text on the morning to say our pitch was empty so if we wanted we could arrive earlier than check in time. Amy and Roger were both lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were really clean and well presented. Really close to local amenities and easy to get around Cornwall from this site. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
