Gelobt für tolle Lage und Aussicht, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereites Personal, saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Stellplätze meist eben & geräumig; vereinzelt Unebenheiten. Besserungsvorschläge: mehr Haken in Duschen, Basisartikel im Shop. Zufahrtsstraße von einem Gast als schmal empfunden.

Positiv Friendly welcome and help to locate pitch easily. Awesome view. A basic site but has all you need and good value for money.
Negativ Suggestion - Would be nice to have extra clothing hooks in the showers as they get flooded so you need to keep everything off the floor.

Positiv Brilliant location, good bathroom and showers. The VIEW 😲 absolute bargain!
Negativ Would have been helpful to have a few essentials to buy at reception. Eg, washing up liquid, toothbrush and a couple of basics.

Positiv Lovely clean and well cared for site with beautiful views. Nice and quiet during the evening/night.
Negativ Our EHU was a long way from the van. (However the person next to us kindly loaned us an extension for it so we were fine.)

Positiv The views were fantastic and the site was clean and quiet. Toilets and shower block was well looked after. Shower had hot water whenever we used it. Staff were friendly.

Positiv Felt welcoming. Check in very straightforward, John is superb.
WiFi available , quiet site with a small play park.
Negativ Just managed to get my A/C power cable to reach the power post, had to join two together. Not a downside but worth considering if you only have a 15m cable.

Positiv Lovely views, peaceful, with sheep in the fields. Pitch was good that we had bit some were on a slope, was a bonus to be right at the front with the views right in front of you. Site manager very attentive whilst showing you to your pitch. Nicely placed for visiting Roman Ruins, Hadrians Wall and the area. Enough facilities on the site too.
Negativ Shower curtain situation. The second time I went in it was a flood and I had to mop all the water up before I could use it. Maybe there is a better solution?
