The park is family-owned and operated, in a quiet country setting.
There are three catch and release fishing ponds stocked with bass, catfish and perch. The largest pond has a covered lighted pier so you can fish in the evening.
The camping area has shared patios with picnic tables and barbecues.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.
Large groups: check the listing page for any group restrictions set out in the terms and section titled ‘Please note’.
Large tents/caravans: check the restrictions on unit dimensions to ensure your unit is suitable for the space you will be provided with.

I am confused about this customer. He was shown the tent site and was happy at the time. He was camping next to an inlet to the ponds and it has not rained for 7 weeks. What do you expect this is not a lake. The bath house is across the bridge and is no more than 150 yards away. This is an RV Park not a state park. It is safer than a state park with a security gate, fitness room, game room, and nicely landscape. There are pictures posted of the park on the website and a map. He was told it was catch and release when he checked in and that bait was available. This is private property and he is not required a fishing license. I gave him a WIFI password. He was told not to stream movies and play video games because it is a shared network. As a experienced camper I have stayed in many parks that had sandy soil and ants. That is part of camping. Not sure what he expected? We have had boy scouts and many families return repeatedly because of the fishing and amenities.
