Liked There was a kitchen to use and sitting area , which was great as the weather was patchy.
The showers and all facilities were clean. I found the token fine, as the water ran long enough for me , considering I have long thick hair.

Disliked It was not made clear as we had a tentbox ,and I have informed them earlier that there would be an extra charge. The lady who checked me in advised she would inform the manager.

Liked Beautiful campsite location, great amenities with clean layout. Tranquil and peaceful place to stay. We only stayed one night but felt this would be an ideal spot for longer stays to enjoy Switzerland!

Liked Beautiful site with stunning views & walks straight from the campsite. Really friendly & helpful staff who went the extra mile to show us around & find our preferred pitch. Lovely & quiet. Clean showers - the limited time on the shower tokens was plenty of time for a shower and hair wash. Really lovely site-we will be back!

Liked Propere plaats, propere douche en toiletten.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Mooie natuur, prachtig uitzicht, frisse lucht.
Leuk om ’s morgens wakker te worden met het geluid van vogels en het geluid van koeienbellen, en ’s avonds onder een sterrenhemel.
Super!

Disliked De wifi-code moest elke dag opnieuw bij de receptie gevraagd worden.
Het water van de toiletten loopt niet altijd goed door.
Het personeel spreekt geen andere taal behalve Frans, zelfs geen Engels.
Toch doen ze hun best om onze bedoeling te begrijpen en ons te helpen.

Liked Friendly, clean and quiet.
Lovely hiking trail.
Electric was available.
Plenty of hot water even though needed a token to access hot water from both showers and wash sinks.

Disliked Couldn’t park the car next to the tent but there were trolleys available to help carry camping stuff to pitch.

Disliked les voitures qui démarrent à 5 heures du matin sur le parking camping, pas d'accès a la borne euro pour vidanger nos toilettes, car deux camions camping prennent les 4 paces et bloquent l'accès a la vidange

Liked The site was perfectly situated and peaceful. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
A great place to stay for cycling, and hiking. Really well positioned, with some amazing walks from the site.
The little one loved the playgrounds on site, and at the adjacent restaurant (which was great for a lunch break and a drink).

We also drove round the mountain to the toboggan/ski lift and pump track, which we all loved.

As with any mountain area, I'd recommend stocking up if you intend to cook for yourself as the nearest supermarket in Saint-Croix is very expensive and limited. That said, the site and restaurant offer some basic essentials if you're short.

All the facilities were clean and well maintained. We used the washing machine and dryer as well, which I was able to pay for on card.

And good coverage of free WiFi all over the site.

Disliked The 4.5 minute shower tokens seem a little tight! Would be nice to have some tokens thrown in with a long stay booked?

As for the shower tokens, it is a very personal matter. Some people say that five minutes of water is enough time to soap themselves, as the contor can be stopped to allow for the necessary time. Others, however, do not.
We appreciate and will consider your suggestion of giving some away to people who stay at our campsite for longer periods.
