Disliked “The kitchen didn’t have a toaster, and the washing machine was quite complicated to use. When we took our clothes out, they were still wet.”

As for the washing machines ,they only provide a washing service and not a drying one. You'll have to dry your clothes in a different machine. We took note of the lack of equipment in the kitchen.

Liked Beautiful views to wake up to. Very accessible. Not far to the transporter train if you are venturing into Italy. Very good facilities.
Disliked There was only one issue we had here and that was the restaurant. One of the reasons for choosing the site was the on site restaurant which they mention in the description. We were expecting to be turning up reasonably late son would need some food. Luckily one of our plans fell through so we got in at around 5. When we asked to book the restaurant we were told that it wasn't open. We would have expected to have been informed of this before arriving. We were just advised to travel to the closest town. We couldn't find anywhere so ended up getting to the supermarket 10mins before it shut. Should.have been a perfect stay but this really soured it for us.
