At a quieter pace, many walking and cycling trails are directly accessible from Camping Bungalows Sierra de Gata – ask the team to point you in the right direction – and activities such as paintball or quad excursions can be organised in reception. Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 15/12.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 12 a.m. and 9 a.m..
The grocery shop is open between 01/05 and 15/12.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 11/04 and 15/12.
The wellness centre is open between 11/04 and 15/12.
You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 10/06 and 09/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 11/04 and 15/12.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
