Liked Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Stellplatz war gut - auch schön kühl durch die Pinien…

Disliked Für uns zu weit vom
Strand. Shuttleservice gab es nicht und fusslöufig eine Bushaltestelle war sehr weit. Supermarkt sehr klein - kein Brot. Wasser war ausverkauft. Sollte aber am nächsten Tag wieder kommen. Brot gab es an der Bar zu kaufen - aber genau zwischen 9:05 und 10:55. Wir wussten das nicht und haben am ersten Tag dann Pech gehabt … Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Liked Pool facilities with attentive life guards.
Very friendly staff
Good location with shop and beach within walking distance
The entertainment team put in maximum effort to keep the kids entertained in the evenings!

Disliked People were pitched very close together, but that's all!

Disliked No hay supermercado disponible aún en estás fechas, ni vendían hielo ni nada básico en el bar. Las instalaciones del baño y para fregar, se ven viejas, contando además que es un resort.... Le faltaban comodidades.

Local attractions

Medieval Pals (10 minutes’ drive) is not only your local village but also a gorgeous place for a wander through the maze of well-kept streets. Climb up to the Josep Pla lookout at the top of the village for the best views – they’re particularly fine at sunset. Around the village are lots of rice fields that you can explore on foot or by bike, and there are also some splendid trails along and around the coastline. You’ll be able to look out towards the Medes Islands – or maybe you’d like to get a bit closer by signing up for a snorkelling or scuba outing to the marine reserve around the islands. Elsewhere along the coast, villages like Begur (15 minutes) and Calella de Palafrugell (25 minutes) are worth visiting, as is the extraordinary Gala Dalí Castle & Museum (25 minutes), full of the colourful pieces the surrealist artist was known for. Historic Girona (50 minutes) should be on the schedule too, for its colourful riverfront and its gothic cathedral.
