Electric grass pitch (premium)

Liked Big pitches, bar- sangria on tap is delicious. Lake is amazing, breathtaking views. Pool is lovely. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Small well stocked shop, lovely croissants and fresh bread in morning.

Disliked Cost €222 for 5 nights, dog cost €6pn. Flies, ants everywhere. Bar Food is OK but pricey, beef burger and potato bravis best thing on menu. Bar closes at 10.30pm sharp.
Very dusty pitches- ground tarp needed.
2 washing machines for whole site. 15 min drive to nearest town.
Over abundance of flies made us leave day 4 even though I'd paid for 5 days on pitch up. Too remote for us.

Liked Toilets & showers good, on site shop ok, reastrant was good had Angus burger came with sliced chips taste great, had fishing on site caught a few bream

Disliked Wifi was poor, was told in shop bar was shut as they had day off on the night of England Vs Argentina only to find out later that they opened in evening and had football on, had to drill holes in ground to get tent pegs in as ground was mostly mud and stones, the flies where constant even brought fly zapper that did not help at all.

Borina 2 bedroom cottage / chalet / bungalow (comfort, four person)

Liked Los bungalows, limpios, cuidados y bien distribuidos.

Local attractions

There are several wineries within one hour’s drive of the site, including Modernista Celler - Catedral del Vi, with its spectacular modernist building dating from the early 20th century, and Edetaria. Both (and many others) run tours of the vineyard and the cellar, as well as guided tastings. Lleida (one hour’s drive) is a pleasant destination for a day trip, and you can relax in the Parc dels Camps Elisis, a large green area skirting the river Rio Segre. From there, you cannot miss the imposing cliff topped by the monumental complex of Turó de la Seu Vella, which includes the Castell de la Suda fortress and the medieval Seu Vella cathedral. Zaragoza (one hour and 20 minutes) claims to be the only city in the world with two cathedrals. The Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, on the river Ebro, is recognisable for its colourful domes and elegant bell towers; the Cathedral of the Savior houses the refined collections of the Tapestry Museum.
