Camping and Bungalows La Buganvilla

Liked Duchas y servicios muy limpios durante todo el día, y además bastante amplios. Además, es un sitio tranquilo en el que la gente como norma general, (porque siempre hay alguna excepción en todos lados), respetan los horarios de descanso.

Disliked El bar para mi personalmente ha sido lo peor del camping con diferencia, a parte claro está de los mosquitos, que por mas repelentes que uses aún así te acribillan a picotazos. A parte de los precios tan elevados, en la carta tienen muy pocas cosas que ofrecer, pero el problema ya no es que tan básica sea la carta, hamburguesas, ensalada, pizzas y poco más. Es que habiendo estado alojados en pleno mes de julio, en fin de semana, que se sabe que habrá bastante afluencia, no tenian de nada. Pedimos hamburguesas, y no habían, pedimos 3 ensaladas y nos ofrecieron darnos 2 y prepararnos un tomate aliñado. El resto de la comida, que por supuesto es todo congelado, a parte de que ni por asomo vale el precio que tiene, la guarnición de las alitas de pollo, y las croquetas, por ejemplo, en vez de unas patatillas fritas como en cualquier lado, pues allí nos pusieron algun que otro trocillo de tomate del que nos habian ofrecido con las ensaladas... Vamos, que había que gastarlos y no sabían como... Ante la ausencia de platos que podian ofrecernos, y viendo que también una de las opciones eran ración de jamón, y/o ración de queso, pues pedimos un bocata de catalana, que también estaba en carta, y nos dijeron que no se podían poner tampoco. Asi que en fín, una comida algo desastrosa y cara para lo que te acabas comiendo.
A la piscina, también le faltó algo de limpieza. Hay chiquillos que tal y como vienen de jugar por ejemplo en la zona de columpios, que es un arenal, algunos incluso acababan cayendose de culo en la arena, mojados, entre juego y juego, y de ahí directos a las piscinas otra vez con los pies y los culetes llenos de arena sin pasar por las duchas. Y el fondo de las piscinas daba buena cuenta de ello, sin contar algún que otro resto como de papel, que se quedó "buceando" mientras se deshacía lentamente durante todo el fin de semana.
Y ya para terminar, y no como queja si no a modo de sugerencia, no hubiese estado nada mal tener alguna que otra actividad de animación, por lo menos aunque no fuese para adultos también, cosa que estaría genial, pero por lo menos para los chiquillos.

Liked Pudimos elegir la parcela que más nos gustó y las personas que trabajan en el lugar son muy amables. La piscina estaba cuidada y limpia y tiene socorrista.

Disliked La carretera por donde pasan los vehículos tiene baches por las raíces de los árboles

Liked We didn't stay long enough as it was so awful

Disliked Where do I start? We booked an extra large pitch for our 7.4m motorhome. On arrival we were told to walk around the site to choose a pitch before driving to it, which we thought was a bit unusual until we started walking round.

The lanes between pitches are very narrow and the pitches are very close together - not easy to get a big motorhome on it with very little space to turn.

There were 3 empty pitches that we could see, only 1 of which that we could fit on, which was right by the reception and when we drove on it, we immediately started sinking and there was no way we could level it as the ramps just sank into the dirt. Not convinced we would've got it off if we had stayed longer.

Everything felt dirty, it was noisy with screaming and arguing, and dogs loose off lead.

Some of the vans on the pitches looked like they were permanent residents who didn't look after the pitch they were on. One extra large pitch had a small campervan on it that could've been on a smaller pitch and they were quick to tell you that you couldn't be there (not very politely!).

It was noisy, dirty and felt cheap and rundown. We left very quickly and the lady on reception didn't look or seem surprised when we said we were leaving and immediately provided a refund without query. We got the impression this wasn't an unusual request. Given a higher rating for customer service due to this!

Another couple arrived just before us, with a bigger caravan and vehicle and struggled to find a suitable pitch. As we were leaving, another couple were complaining there was no space and 2 more motorhomes arrived, so no idea where they were going to pitch. Maybe they could squeeze on the tiny pitch with the tree in the middle of it!
