Kam’Bati River Resort is a safe, family-friendly site on a farm in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, around 20 kilometres west of Swellendam. The Sonderendriver and Breede river meet on the property, with good fishing available in the rivers' waters and canoes available for hire. The site's facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with waterslides, a miniature golf course and a pool table. There's also a restaurant/bar serving drinks, light meals and pizzas (open on weekends only outside of high season). Clean washrooms contain toilets and showers along with a baby bathroom. Nearby attractions include outdoor activities in the Marloth Nature Reserve and Bontebok National Park, museums and historic buildings in Swellendam, and tours and tastings at the area's many wineries.
