Sublime indeed is the location of Sublime Sun and Van, a place that’s got ample space for tourers looking to spend a few days (or more) by the splendid south Portugal coast. Secluded Praia do Meco beach and the Atlantic Ocean are just a kilometre and a half from this coastal site, making it easy to get in plenty of time stretched out on the sand… This laidback site also hires out bikes for those looking to cycle through the local countryside or down along the coast. Both are excellent options: there are plenty of nature spots to explore in the surrounding area, with highlights including the Costa de Caparica nature reserve and the mountains, cliffs and caves of Arrábida natural park. It's also pretty easy to swap rural views for city ones with a day trip to Lisbon, 40 minutes away. The site is on the edge of Alfarim, a small town with several food shops, takeaways and bars to try out, and a couple of kilometres from more foodie options in Aldeia do Meco. There are spacious picnic areas back at base if you end up taking some of that food back or decide to cook for yourself on site. The pitches here are basic but well-maintained, with both water and electricity for those that want them. They’re all flat and level and surrounded by greenery for added privacy, making this simple site a pleasant place to stay. Dogs are welcome to stay here, but please make sure they're on their best behaviour.

Disliked Der Platz war unter aller Kanone! Ein Hinterhof, schwer zu finden, inmitten von Schrott und fernab jeglicher Zivilisation. Natürlich ist niemand vor Ort gewesen (weder Betreiber noch Gäste).
Wir raten allen Urlaubern ausdrücklich ab, von diesem "Stellplatz" Gebrauch zu machen!
Die Betreiber sind weder via email, noch via Telefon zu erreichen gewesen. Natürlich wurde die Vorabzahlung einbehalten. Ein falsches Bild dieser furchtbaren Lokalität im Stellplatzführer/Internet rundes das fatale Bild noch ab.

Liked There was a big delay of getting our rented campervan in Lisbon so we had to change plans and book a camping spot closer to the city last minute. Fortunately Sublime Sun and van was available, and affordable. It waa quiet and peaceful, only the sound of the bells of the nearby goats could be heard falling asleep and a rooster waking up the next day. Very close to the beach as well. Would recommend.

Piazzola per camper, in realtà un parcheggio di una abitazione, buoi e trasandato.
Nessun tipo di servizio, nessun sintomo di sicurezza per trascorrere una notte tranquilla.
Da evitare. Nei pareggi ci sono altri camping molto validi
