Liked: Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll! Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt's einen indoorspielplatz. Trampoline fanden die Kinder am besten! Die Waschhäuser waren sehr sauber.

Disliked: Die Plätze sind sehr für sich, was manche ja gut finden. Wir empfanden es eher als Nachteil. Man steht etwas verlassen dort. Das Waschhaus war schwer zu finden/zu erkennen und die Karte ging öfter nicht zum Einlass.

Liked: Onze ruime plaats in het groen, leuke buren maar ook zeker niet te druk. Iedereen had voldoende plaats en een eigen aansluiting voor elektriciteit en water, vlak bij de campeerplaats was ook een santaire blok. Het zwembad was heel aangenaam en alles was goed en verzorgd onderhouden. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Liked: The pool was great and the play park was really nice. The restaurant has a couple SUPs your can rent. We had a lux pitch which had water and elec.

Disliked: The beach wasn’t brilliant but there are other great beaches nearby.

Liked: The closeness to the sea and the pool, nice outdoors area for food and drink

Disliked: It’s a really large site and whilst bathroom facilities are across the site the main area was a considerable walk, so a bike or scooter would have been really helpful. There is no shop on site or within walking distance

Keen to cram in a goodly pile of outdoor activities? Take a turn around the pretty De Pluimpot nature reserve (10 minutes’ walk) or challenge yourself to something a tad more taxing by shinning up the walls at Climbing Brabantse Wal BV (25 minutes’ drive). Those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the floor may like to head to Crazy-Golf Bergen op Zoom (25 minutes) instead. Stick around in Bergen op Zoom for a wander among the traditional houses, climb De Peperbus tower and visit the Markiezenhof, a palace that dates from the Middle Ages and is said to be the oldest in all the land. If you’ve an eye for pretty towns, stop by in Tholen (15 minutes); for something rather more exotic aim for Berkenhof Tropical Zoo (40 minutes). And if it’s your tastebuds that tend to dictate your choice of days out, take a tour of the oyster beds in Yerseke (35 minutes), visit the seafood-themed museum and then feast at one of the village’s seafront restaurants.

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a €10.00 (£8.63) fee.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 01/06 and 31/10.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €200.00 (£174.31) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

Pitches: a €20.00 (£17.43) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
