Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Meldpaal.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site only allows dogs up to 15kg.

Extras

• A charge of €1.00 (£0.87) applies for the use of the shower.
• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings for 14 must not be for more than 1 consecutive nights.
• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/04 and 30/09.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with Karpers.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site wel have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
• Hired accommodation: a €100.00 (£86.90) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €100.00 (£86.90) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£86.90) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
• Group bookings of 7 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pitches

• Pitches: a €2.50 (£2.17) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

• Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
