Wat leuk om te lezen dat jullie genoten hebben van de rust, de omgeving en jullie weekend bij ons. Fijn dat alles naar wens was en dat jullie onze gastvrijheid hebben gewaardeerd.

Bedankt ook voor de tip over het informatiebord bij de ingang van de camping. Daar zijn we het helemaal mee eens. We gaan deze winter op zoek naar een mooi passend bordje, zodat het voor nieuwe gasten direct duidelijk is hoe alles werkt bij aankomst.

Nogmaals dank voor jullie bezoek en hopelijk mogen we jullie in de toekomst nog eens verwelkomen op onze camping!

We are sorry to read that our campsite did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we are genuinely hurt by the statements made in this review, as we believe they do not reflect reality.

We clearly advertise ourselves as a simple campsite with basic facilities. We have never claimed to be a luxury resort or a five-star holiday park. Considering the price of €25 per night, we believe guests can reasonably expect a simple camping experience rather than extensive luxury amenities.

What we find particularly disappointing is the claim that reality is "vastly different from the photos." This is simply not true. Our photos are genuine, up to date, and accurately represent the campsite, the pitches, and the facilities we offer. Disliking a campsite is one thing, but suggesting that the photos are misleading is unfair and unnecessarily damaging.

We fully respect that our campsite may not suit everyone's preferences. However, we feel it is important to point out that guests can review both our photos and our detailed description before making a reservation. Being a simple campsite is not a reason to portray us as dishonest or misleading.

We regret that our campsite was not the right match for your expectations, but we stand by the accuracy of our description and photographs.

Es tut uns leid, dass unser Campingplatz nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Gleichzeitig hat uns diese Bewertung sehr getroffen.

Wir sind ein einfacher Campingplatz und stellen uns auch genau so dar. Unsere Fotos und unsere Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Für 25 € pro Nacht bieten wir keine Fünf-Sterne-Anlage, sondern eine einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an einem wunderschönen Standort.

Besonders traurig finden wir, dass aufgrund eines Aspekts, der Ihnen offenbar nicht gefallen hat, der gesamte Campingplatz abgewertet wird und uns sogar empfohlen wird, den Betrieb einzustellen. Noch bedauerlicher ist, dass Sie Ihre Unzufriedenheit nicht direkt mit uns besprochen haben. Hätten Sie uns vor Ort angesprochen, hätten wir gemeinsam nach einer Lösung gesucht. Wenn Sie wirklich so unzufrieden gewesen wären, hätten wir sogar über eine Rückerstattung sprechen können.

Stattdessen haben Sie sich für eine öffentliche Bewertung entschieden, die nicht nur unseren Campingplatz kritisiert, sondern uns persönlich trifft. Umso schwerer fällt uns dies, weil wir von vielen Gästen sehr positive Bewertungen erhalten und deren Erfahrungen ein deutlich anderes Bild zeichnen.

Selbstverständlich respektieren wir, dass unser Campingplatz nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Kritik gehört dazu. Diese Bewertung empfinden wir jedoch als unnötig hart, respektlos und verletzend.
