Liked Everything! Great facilities very clean, staff reception & bar/restaurant very friendly & accommodating as was the shop. Cabins are great fab aircon! Family were camping couldn't fault this place. Pool & area fabulous . Shuttle into Venice worked really well.

Disliked Das ist fersten Campingplatz wo im Waschbereich keine abstell Möglichkeiten hat für die Waschsachen bei den Waschbecken sowas hatte ich noch nie , entweder konnte man den Waschbeutel in den Waschbecken stellen dann war der Waschbeutel nass oder auf den Boden das geht gar nicht.

Die Autos fahren auf dem Campingplatz so schnell herum als wären es normale Straßen viel zu gefährlich für die spielenden Kinder bei allen anderen Campingplätzen gibt es Schilder mit 10 KM/H Begrezung
Das schlimmste ist aber dass ihr eigenes Personal sich das gar nicht interessiert die schauen noch dabei zu und unterhalten sich mit anderen interniert sie gar nicht und dies war keine Ausnahme sondern war in diesen 3 Tage als wir da waren immer das gleiche Spiel

Route directions

By train From the Venezia Mestre railway station take the bus line 15 for Marghera Panorama. After approximately 10 minutes get off at the second stop in Via Beccaria. Walk for 50 metres as far as the Pizzeria restaurant on the right, then turn right into Via della Fonte. Walk to the end, pass the sports centre and take the promenade on the left. Take the underpass and walk two minutes up to the site.

Local attractions

A 20-minute shuttle trip will take you to Venezia Tronchetto, where there are onward connections to the centre of Venice and Piazza San Marco in about 30 minutes. If you want to hail a vaporetto (water bus), pick up a ticket at the Hellovenezia office near the Calatrava Bridge to catch vaporetti all over Venice. It's cheaper to get a tourist travel card than to journey on a pay as you go basis if you're in town for longer than a day, especially if you're venturing further to the Venice Lagoon islands such as Burano or the glassmaking centre of Murano; visit these as the sun sets for spectacular vistas over the water. Leather, glassware and jewellery stalls and shops are abundant on the Rialto Bridge and the streets lining it to and from Piazza San Marco. You'll also easily be able to sort a gondola ride from here; just ask one of the gondoliers what their price is – and be sure to establish what that includes, as some of the cheaper rides don't take in all the main sights.
