Venice! And sand! A site with direct access to a white sandy beach, to be exact, and also with a swimming pool, and a bar with happy hour, and a supermarket selling delish Italian food and Italian wine at a reasonable price...
The supermarket at Camping Ca'Savio also sells fresh fruit and veg brought in daily, fresh bread and milk, baby food, gluten-free food, a wide selection of beers and drinks and quite a bit more – but if cooking on hol is very much not your thing, tasty pizzas, trad Italian dishes, international speciaities, fish, hors d’oeuvres and meat and kids' menus are served up in the site restaurant. The bar has ice cream, coffee, drinks and – you might be cheerful to find – a daily happy hour at 5pm.
For facilities, Camping Ca'Savio has the aforementioned pool as well as a paddling pool open from mid-May to mid-September and a pirate ship to climb for the kids (aaarrrr, really).
From Whitsun to mid-September the site team provides activities and entertainment in different languages for children and adults including a kids' club for kids aged five to 12, evening entertainment, music and sandcastle contests.

Pedalo hire is available at Camping Ca'Savio's nearest beach, but if you'd rather get about under someone else's steam, the city of Venice is a 30-minute ferry ride from the nearby port of Punta Sabbioni.
Suggested day trips from the site are visiting the famous three islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello; the city of Treviso and its Prosecco vineyards, and the ancient farming village of Lio Piccolo.
Or follow in Romeo and Juliet's lovelorn footsteps in Verona, see Padua with its cathedral and Giotto paintings or visit Vicenza, known for its Palladio architecture.

Camping Ca'Savio cancellation policy
Balance refunds: no penalties
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.

Tax
