  • Family run for over 50 years, 18 kilometres from Turin
  • A 20-minute drive to Juventus Stadium
  • Stables, a mountain bike trail and the start of heaps of hiking trails
Thinking about tripping to historic Turin? Fancy taking a tour to the spectacular Laghi di Avigliana Natural park – for hiking expeditions, wildlife spotting and peaceful lakeside pedalling? Or how about visits to medieval towns and scenic boating lakes, winter skiing, wildlife spotting and birdwatching? Family run for more than 50 years over three generations, Mill Park's quiet location a convenient 18 kilometres from Turin, at the entrance to the lower Susa valley and at the foot of Monte Musinè gives you lots of choices for sightseeing, hiking, mountain biking and horse riding around the area; a mountain bike trail and a riding stable are on site, and there's direct access to hiking and alpine itineraries on the French border as well as plenty of tiptop cycling routes around the Susa and Chisone valleys. Back at base, Mill Park is a peaceful and family-friendly residential park, with an excellent range of facilities including the aforementioned stables and mountain bike trail, football fields, beach volleyball courts, a clay tennis court, pétanque, ping pong tables and a playground. There's also a big dining room with board games, a mini library, table tennis, and vending machines for hot and cold drinks and snacks. The site is close to amenities in Caselette village, which has bus routes into the centre of historic Turin, and – one for the footie fans – is a 20-minute drive from Juventus Stadium.

What customers say

This well-located campsite offers a peaceful atmosphere with generally clean and well-maintained facilities, including hot showers. Staff are frequently praised for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with a convenient shuttle service to the Turin train station being a highlight. Pitches are described as ample and level by many, though some found them small or poorly drained in wet weather. While some visitors noted a lack of on-site amenities and minor issues like a lack of toilet paper or full bins, the overall sentiment is positive, with many recommending it for short stays and stopovers.

Electric optional grass motorhome pitch

Liked The site was clean, the toilets were almost new and very well kept. The shuttle bus to the train station which then took you to Turin was a really great addition and it was 5 euros each.
The lady who we met at reception when we arrived was really helpful.

Disliked The pitches were quite tight and although the site was half empty the lady on the reception on the second day insisted everyone parked side by side … meaning you could not sit outside your vehicle comfortably. If the site had been full I may have thought this was ok but it wasn’t. The lady even came out and moved people to ensure this happened… not sure why. It’s a shame we were planning to stay another day until this happened.

From the manager: We care a lot that our toilets are always clean and tidy.
The cost of transportation to the station is 2€ per person, with a minimum of 5€ per trip. (not 5€ per person).
In periods of lower influx, the pitches are chosen by customers, but unfortunately during the summer we are forced to assign the pitches based on the bookings made. It then happens that some people don't show up and therefore there are empty pitches left.
We are sorry for what happened, however we are always here to best satisfy your stay at the campsite.

Electric optional grass touring caravan, tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Toilet and shower were clean but due to bad weather (not the proprioter's fault obviously) I can't give a good appraisal of the site and surrounding area,

Disliked Drainage was poor and after heavy rain the pitch we were on was very wet I regret paying for 2 nights as we had to leave after 1 night for that reason.

Local attractions

During the winter both the Vallee di Susa and the Valle di Chisone are popular with skiers, while in the summer their lands are a big draw for hikers and cyclists. The major must-see around here is the historic city of Turin, often likened to Venice and famed for its handsome tree-lined boulevards and the squares of Vittorio Veneto, Castello and San Carlo. Reach it in about 30 minutes by car or bus to tour its abundance of cultural hotspots including the San Federico and Subalpina galleries and the Museo Egizio Egyptian museum. Popular Valentino Park lies along the west bank of the Po river for pleasant waterside ambles. Medieval Avigliana, with its mountaintop 10th-century abbey Sacra di San Michele, is an easy 10 kilometres from base. While you're there, fit in walks or boat rides around the Natural Park of the Lakes of Avigliana's two lakes, Lago Grande and Lago Piccolo, and explore elsewhere along the highly scenic Susa valley for birdwatching and wildlife spotting.
