Liked: We loved everything here. Great pitch for our large motorhome. So much space for the dogs. Across the main road a fantastic woods to walk the dogs. Behind the site 3 mins walk to such a large beach. This is a perfect location here stay. Reasonable restaurant n mini market. Nice quiet pool.Lovely clean showers and toilets. Lovely friendly staff

Disliked: Would have liked a bit better food in the restaurant but shouldn't really complain we are on a campsite😀

Liked: Nette Betreiber, nettes Personal Nicht viel los. Anbindung nach Rom ok, wenn man nicht zu spät heim will. Strand nah. Gute Organisation.

Disliked: Bäder ok. Sauber aber alt Strand ok. Partymusik der Strandpromenade. Recht abgelegen. Stellplätze schwer zu erreichen und die meisten ohne Strom sehr klein.

Liked: Great location to the beach and lido. Market was brilliantly stocked. Loved the spacious pitches within the trees.

Disliked: Just a lack of friendliness. I felt like an inconvenience for staying there or asking a question.

From the manager: Staff does not speak english? Our staff speaks english, italian, french, german, polish etc so... I think that you are confused, either with another structure or with something else. We are the cheapest camping in the area, by the way

Il ristorante ha un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale e Ciccio lo gestisce in maniera sublime. Il mare consiglio di andarci in macchina. Il parcheggio si trova bene ed è gratis. Bello tutto!

Local attractions

In between all those days in Rome, explore the local coastline and its beaches, the wildlife areas and heaps of other old sites and ruins in the region. Sailing, horse riding, tennis and scuba diving will keep you busy in and out of the water within five kilometres of the site. Next to Campeggio Internazionale Castelfusano is the State Natural Reserve of the Roman Coast, covering almost 16,000 hectares including the last section of the Tiber and the mouth of the Arrone river, in an area of dunes and villages, archaeological remains and pinewoods. The ruins of Ostia Antica and the Castle of Julius II are within the reserve, 10 kilometres from base. Rome, 25 kilometres away, has enough old sights (the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and St Peter's Basilica for starters) to keep you geekily occupied for yonks, but if you yearn for yet more, a good day trip is to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este, 50 kilometres away at Tivoli. Less culturally but most amusedly, the Zoo Marine amusement park and Rainbow Magicland theme park are 10 and 40 kilometres away.

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 10 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

Entertainment and activities are available between 20/06 and 20/08.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 15/10.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 31/10.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 5 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 20/03 and 05/11.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
