Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.
• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
• Modifications are subject to a HUF10,000.00 (£22.20) fee.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• The site only allows dogs up to 10kg.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 20 metres between pitches.
• Pitches: a €0.00 (£0.00) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/08 and 20/05.
• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/05 and 15/08.
• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/05 and 15/08.
• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/08 and 15/05.
• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 20/05 and 15/08 and between 15/08 and 15/10.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/04 - 20/05 and 15/08 - 10/11.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 a.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
