From arriving it was clear that myself & my family was not welcome. The owner was very unhelpful when I was unable to hook up the electricity supply to my motorhome & I ended up having to move pitch much to his annoyance.
My daughter took a shower at the onsite facility and used some talcum powder afterwards. Admittedly some of this was left on the floor by my daughter (she is 14).
I was approached by the owner who was very angry that this had happened. I explained that I would speak to my daughter & ask her to make sure she didn’t do it again.
Later that night (10:30pm) we was all settled in bed when the owner & three other men came banging on our motorhome door telling us WE ARE ENGLISH & HAVE TO LEAVE, WE ARE A PROBLEM.
My daughter was so scared by the owner’s presence & tone. I asked him several times for a valid reason as to why he was making us leave with nowhere to go & his response was the same.
Needless to say we left & had to park on the motorway service area overnight

From the manager: Gäste, die sich nicht an die Platzregeln des Campingplatzes halten sind nicht willkommen, völlig unabhängig von ihrer Nationalität. Es ist traurig, dass heutzutage jegliches Fehlverhalten toleriert werden muss, wenn man sich nicht direkt rassistischen Vorwürfen gegenüber sehen will. Wir weisen diesen implizierten Vorwurf vehement zurück, da das schon an Verleumdung grenzt.
Wir haben mehrere Kabel und Adapter zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Stromversorgung eures Wohnmobils sicherzustellen. Der Platzwechsel erfolgte auf euren eigenen Wunsch. Sollte ich zu irgendeiner Zeit unfreundlich gewirkt haben, so ist dies lediglich auf schlechte Englisch Sprachkenntnisse zurückzuführen.
Der komplette Badezimmerboden war mit Babypuder bedeckt. So etwas kann passieren, wir erwarten lediglich, dass man Bescheid gibt. Auch nachfolgende Gäste möchten gerne ein sauberes Bad vorfinden. Auch die Toilette sah grauenhaft aus, überall waren Toilettenpapier und Wattepads verteilt. Nachdem die Reinigungskraft die Duschräume gereinigt hatte, wurde zu später Stunde Verpackungsmüll sowie Plastiktüten mit englischer Beschriftung und Kassenzetteln in den Duschen einfach achtlos am Boden zurück gelassen, obwohl wir Mülleimer sogar in den Duschkabinen zur Verfügung stellen.
Absolut inakzeptabel ist es, Zigaretten (Marke: Sterling Dual) auf dem Boden des Platzes und der Parzelle zurückzulassen sowie Grauwasser direkt auf dem Stellplatz zu entsorgen.
Diese zahllosen Punkte haben uns dazu veranlasst euch einen Platzverweis auszusprechen. Dieser wurde durch mich allein ausgesprochen, es war lediglich ein weiterer Gast im Hintergrund dabei, der im Bedarfsfall als Dolmetscher hätte unterstützen können.
