On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 30 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with carpes, brochets, cyprinidés et pêche de la « carpe de nuit » autorisée.
• The games room is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €420.00 (£352.10) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 15 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €120.00 (£100.60) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• Pitches: a €50.00 (£41.92) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. between 01/04 and 02/11.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
