This Pays de la Loire park has a heated open-air swimming pool, plus a kids’ paddling pool and a small waterpark, for spending days cooling off outdoors; active types might like to flit between here and the playgrounds, multisports pitches, games room and bowling green. Balade en poney, dommage que cela ne dure que 3 min. Nous avons a peine le temps d en profiter .

Disliked La piscine extrêmement froide annoncé a 27° je pense que nous devions plutôt avoisiner les 17 ° . A peine rentrés dedans nous n avions qu une envie c est d en sortir. Notre fils de 4 ans n a pas pu en profiter comme nous l avions prévu. La mer était meilleure c est vraiment dommage.
Les douches , seulement 3 douches pour les filles et 3 pour les garçons c est un peu juste. Nettoyage effectué uniquement sur le sol mais pas les parois .. du shampooing et cheveux restés durant tout notre séjour ...
Pour profiter des animations, il nous fallait traverser une route extrêmement dangereuse pour aller dans le camping voisin ( même gérance).
Nous avons passé notre temps a déserter le camping. Il était devenu un lieu de couchage et non un lieu de vacances.
Nous pensions qu avec un 4 étoiles nous pouvions avoir accès à une qualité et une exigence mais apparemment non ..

Nous sommes très étonnés par vos commentaires. La piscine est chauffée avec une pompe à chaleur en fonctionnement continu. L'eau est à 26 degrés minimum, et souvent au dessus notamment avec les chaleurs de ces derniers mois. Nous vous aurions donné un thermomètre avec plaisir si vous étiez venu discuter directement à l'accueil.
Les sanitaires sont nettoyés consciencieusement par l'équipe ménage deux fois par jour, une fois à 7h le matin et une fois à 14h30. Vous constaterez d'ailleurs que le commentaire qui revient le plus souvent sur le camping est la propreté impeccable des sanitaires (2 blocs sanitaires avec pour chacun un côté homme et un côté femme, et plus que 3 douches et 3 WC).
Durant votre séjour voici les animations qui vous ont été proposées (et sans avoir à traverser la route) : yoga, tatouages pailletés, concert, tournoi de pétanque, aquagym, poney (oui une balade de 3 minutes, que vous pouviez recommencer puisque c'est gratuit...), loto, disco, maquillage enfants, karaoké, nocturne piscine, combat de sumo... Et bien d'autres choses. Et en effet vous avez eu la possibilité de traverser la route pour profiter des animations de notre autre camping en plus de celles énoncées avant.
Nous vous invitons à consulter les critères d'obtention des étoiles en hôtellerie de plein air, et les sites internet des campings où vous réservez (sur lesquelles nos prestations sont très bien expliquées) pour éviter une telle déception.

Liked The pool, the quiet campsite, the staff were excellent

Disliked The road in front of the campsite, busy and difficult to cycle along as the path on the other side was often blocked with cars and bins,so cycled on the road to get to the cycle path
the nearest beach was not the best as it had a lot of dog dirt and horse poop, neither of which is the campsites fault

Saint-Jean-de-Monts (five minutes' drive) is a lovely coastal town with lots of sandy beaches including the popular Plage des Demoiselles and Grand Plage. Beyond the seaside, take on the trails in the canal-covered Marais Breton wetlands and salt marshes, then climb up to the Kulmino water tower for views of said landscapes. For more nature, the Bay of Biscay's Noirmoutier island is a 30-minute drive away – get here over the Passage du Gois causeway, only accessible at low tide, to check out the prehistoric artefacts at the 12th-century Château de Noirmoutier and the underwater creatures at the Sealand Aquarium. Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
