Camping Les Chouans

3. Camping Les Chouans offers family holidays in the traditional sense, and the accommodation has been specially designed for this purpose. Camping Les Chouans reserves the right to refuse any booking that might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.

4. Bookings are not transferable unless previously agreed with the management.

5. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

6. The rental accommodation is fully equipped.

7. Camping Les Chouans reserves the right to refuse access to the camping to groups or families whose number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.

8. Local city tax of €0.61 per day per person over the age of 18 is not included and must be paid on arrival.

9. The campsite may take photos of you, your children and your guests to be used for marketing and advertising purposes.

10. Any dispute must be notified in writing within 30 days of departure and are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court.

Your stay
1. Arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm in July and August (or else at 6pm) for accommodation and from 2pm for pitches. Departures by 10am for accommodations and 12 noon for pitches.

2. It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance against theft, fire, bad weather, etc or in the event of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the camper. All visitors must comply with the internal regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by members of his/her party.

3. Accommodation: a €270 damage/cleaning deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit.

Pitches: a €20 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded when the campsite passes are returned.

4. Entertainment activities starts on the 02/07.

Visitors:
1. All visitors must report to reception. Visitors count as occupancy therefore your pitch or accommodation cannot exceed the maximum occupancy permitted.

2. Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities and services of the campsite (pool, bar / restaurant, entertainment etc).

3. Visitors' cars are not allowed inside the campsite.

Pets
1. Only one pet weighting less than 6kg is welcome at the campsite. Pets must be kept on leads at all times and never be left unattended.

2.The owner is fully responsible for the pet. A valid vaccination certificate (including rabies) should accompany your dog.

3. We do not welcome dogs/cross breed of Staffordshire terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any mastiff or Tosa.

4. Dogs must be tattooed and micro chipped.
